What do you know about Brownie? Brownie is a chocolate dessert of deep brown color, with a thin crust on the outside, and a chewy, tender center inside.

Just like in our concept of a one-room apartment in Novo-Komarovo: at first glance - minimalism, simplicity of forms, dark brown accents... but, if you look closer, it is definitely - softness in round shapes, the tenderness of the main beige and light gray palette, and a pleasant aftertaste of elements with decorative plaster, resembling the unevenness of a Brownie cake.

Despite the small area of the apartment - 46.5 sq.m., we managed to make the space both functional and minimalist.

The project includes a kitchen-living room, an original master bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious hall with sliding doors to the wardrobe.

The project for a young girl is executed in a unified color palette, creating consistency in the concept, and allowing for brighter color accents in the future in the form of textiles and decorative objects, complementing the overall picture without clashing with existing interior items. Small black details, such as mirror frames, kitchen faucet, lighting fixtures in the dining area, etc., added boldness and effectiveness to our project.
